We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can get your money back, no questions asked.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 24 hours of your purchase. After the 24-hour period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to review their purchase within 12 hours of the transaction to ensure it is fit for your needs.

1. Terms and Conditions Relating to the Purchase of an Online Cultural Training Course:

 Definitions:

‘The Client’ is used to refer to the individual /company purchasing access to Commisceo Global Consulting online cultural training courses.
‘The Company’ is used to refer to Commisceo Global Consulting Ltd.
‘The Course’ is used to refer to all aspects of the content and materials used within the online cultural training courses

1. Copyright and Use of Materials

1.1 The Company has copyright and intellectual property rights over all The Content. The Client has access only to these materials only and will attain no rights whatsoever to The Content.

2. Quality of The Content

2.1 All efforts are made to ensure that The Course is accurate and up to date. However, please note that there is no ‘science’ when producing The Course and that there may be elements of subjectivity which is natural within the production of courses of this nature.
2.2 The Company makes no claim that The Client will benefit from The Course and neither does The Company make any commitment to the acquisition of particular qualifications.

3. The Company Liabilities

3.1 The liability of The Company on any grounds whatsoever shall be limited to the fee paid by The Client when purchasing access to The Course.
3.2 The Company shall incur no liability to The Client for innocent or negligent misrepresentation by virtue of any statement made within authorship of The Course.
3.3 The Company cannot guarantee the success of nor accept liability for injury, illness, loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from guidance given within The Course, since such advice is:
a) Subjective, b) prone to change due to shifts in political, economic, business and social environments and c) the conditions under which The Client might act upon advice given in The Course in our absence is out of our control.
3.4 The Company shall not be liable for loss of profits, business, contracts, revenue, damage to The Client’s reputation or goodwill, anticipated savings, and or any other indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever due to access to The Course.

4. The Client Liabilities

4.1 Unless otherwise agreed by The Company, The Client agrees (which for the purposes of this clause includes any companies associated with The Client) that they shall not:
a. Assign access to the Course to third parties without direct permission from The Company.
b. Publish any content contained within The Course, notably online or in any digital format accessible by search engine robots, users or general public.

5. Access Withdrawal

5.1 The Company reserves the right to insist upon removal or return of materials in the event of The Client breach of these terms and conditions.

6. Amendments to the Terms

6.1 The Company reserve the right to amend the terms of access to The Course. Where this is the case, The Company will advise The Client accordingly.

7. Privacy notice

7.1 The Company takes the privacy of all Clients very seriously and personal data is used solely for the purpose of course access. The Company will not store or pass Client details to any third parties.

8. Jurisdiction
8.1 This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of England. This said Jurisdiction also applies to The Client if they live outside of the UK.

 Definitions:

‘The Client’ is used to refer to the individual /company purchasing a Country Insight Report.
‘The Company’ is used to refer to Commisceo Global Consulting Ltd.
‘The Content’ is used to refer to the Country Insights Reports.

1. Copyright and Use of Materials

1.1 The Company has copyright and intellectual property rights over all The Content. The Client has access only to these materials and will attain no rights whatsoever to The Content.

2. Quality of The Content

2.1 All efforts are made to ensure that The Content is accurate and up to date. However, please note that there is no ‘science’ when producing The Content and that there may be elements of subjectivity which is natural within the production of content of this nature.
2.2 The Content is updated on an annual basis. As such, there may be small discrepancies in detail between the time of update and the time of purchase.

3. The Company Liabilities

3.1 The liability of The Company on any grounds whatsoever shall be limited to the fee paid for the Country Insight Report.
3.2 The Company shall incur no liability to The Client for innocent or negligent misrepresentation by virtue of any statement made within authorship of The Content.
3.3 The Company cannot guarantee the success of nor accept liability for injury, illness, loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from guidance given within The Content, since such advice is:
a) Subjective, b) prone to change due to shifts in political, economic, business and social environments and c) the conditions under which The Client might act upon advice given in The Content in our absence is out of our control.

b. Publish the Content, notably online or in any digital format, or use it as part of professional teaching, training or coaching unless agreed with The Company in advance

5. Jurisdiction

5.1 This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of England. This said Jurisdiction also applies to The Client if they live outside of the UK.
