Who is the course for?

Anyone working with people from different countries and/or cultures.

The course takes a very general approach to cultural competency and how it impacts areas such as communication and collaboration which learners can then apply to their own workplace.

This may be healthcare, business, diplomacy, IT, social services or anything else.


Is it useful for people working in culturally diverse teams?

It's perfect for multicultural teams but not as a group learning excercise.

If you want something that looks more specifically at team work, then we would recommend our online course Working in a Multicultural Team, or if it's virtual work, then Working in a Global Virtual Team.


How many people can take the course?

It’s up to you.

We don’t put any limits on numbers when you use our LMS.

We will give all your learners their own logins and they can take the course in their own time.

We can even give you statistics on your learners’ progress as and when you want it.


Is there an assessment for the course?

Assessment is carried out during the course.

This is via multiple choice questions as well as questions based around cultural competency case studies and workplace scenarios.


Do learners receive a certificate?

Once completed all learners can download their certificate and hang it up on the wall!
