FAQs - Online Cultural Training Webinars

Here some quick answers to some of the questions we receive about our Japanese cultural training via webinar.

1. Who are the webinars for?

If your organisation, or team, work with the Japanese in any sort of capacity, then this webinar is for you.

We deliver training for businesses, international organisations, charities, educational institutions and many more with learners from all levels of seniority.

2. How many people can we have on our webinar?

Whether it’s a large group, or a one-on-one session, we can accommodate all training group sizes.

We have delivered to hundreds before but obviously this would be more of a presentation as opposed to an intimate coaching session. If you want something quite interactive we like 4-12 people.

3. Can we record it?

Yes, if you host the webinar you can record it. If we host it, we can also record it (or not). We will send you an mp4 file for you to keep.

We can even go one step further and use the video to build a course for you which could include additional content, quizzes and/or case studies. Learn more about our Custom eLearning cultural training courses.

4. What can you teach us about Japanese business and culture?

Our experts can pretty much focus on whatever aspects of Japanese culture that you like, whether that’s the economy, sectors or society and culture in general.

There is no real limit to what can be covered, although it needs to be within the general area of business and culture.

5. Who are your experts?

Our training webinars are designed, developed and delivered by training professionals with a thorough knowledge of Japan and its culture.

This is a mix of personal and professional experience backed up with academic qualifications in the field of intercultural communication.

Once we know a bit more about you, we can send you some bios.

6. Do you cover any other countries?

Indeed, we can cover most countries in the world but our main areas of focus are:

Middle East
Saudi Arabia
South Korea
