FAQs - Online Cultural Training Webinars

Here some quick answers to some common questions about our Italy cultural awareness training.

1. Who are the webinars for?

Literally anyone who works with Italians in any capacity. Learners can be from any level of seniority and in any sort of role.

The training is relevant to those who may have to live or spend time in Italy, or those who may work remotely with Italian organisations or teams.

2. How many people can we have on a webinar?

It’s up to you. We have delivered to hundreds before but obviously this would be more of a presentation as opposed to an intimate coaching session.

If it’s the latter you prefer, then groups of 4-12 is about right. We are very flexible though, so come to use first with your ideas and we will go from there.

3. Can we record it?

Yes, if you host it. Otherwise we usually host the webinar and if you like, we will record it for you too. We will send you an mp4 file.

We can even go one step further and incorporate the webinar file onto an eLearning course for you with additional content, quizzes and/or case studies.   Learn more about our Customised eLearning Courses.

4. What can you teach us about Italian culture?

Our experts are able to cover all aspects of living, working or doing business in Italy.

Whatever your need, we can meet it! This may be insights into a specific market or sector, or something more skill-based such as negotiating with Italians or etiquette.

5. Who are your experts?

Our training webinars are designed, developed and delivered by intercultural training professionals with a thorough knowledge of Italy and its culture. This is mix of personal and professional experience as well as an academic foundation.

6. Do you cover any other countries?

Indeed, we can cover most countries in the world but our main areas of focus are:

Middle East
Saudi Arabia
